Baking instruction:

Palmiers can be baked straight  away from freezer.

Baking temperature: 22o°C

Baking time: 12 minutes plus 4 minutes

Using a palette knife to flip over palmiers after 12 minutes, then continue to bake about 4 minutes or until golden brown

Slightly spray the baking paper with some water, then place the frozen palmiers on. Give some space between each piece
